Which equation is in slope-intercept form and represents a line with slope 0 through the point (2, 3)?

y = mx + b
slope(m) = 0
(2,3)...x = 2 and y = 3
now u sub
3 = 0(2) + b
3 = b

equation is : y = 0x + 3...or just simply, y = 3
