a * b = -48
a + b = 13.....a = 13 - b

b(13 - b) = -48
-b^2 + 13b = -48
-b^2 + 13b + 48 = 0
(-b-3)(b - 16) = 0

-b - 3 = 0
-3 = b

b - 16 = 0
b = 16

ur numbers are : 16 and -3
